## Data controller

Next-gen Alliance for Better and Data-Driven Health (NABDH), 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris, France. Contact: [contact@nabdh-dz.org](mailto:contact@nabdh-dz.org).

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

## Recipients

The data is accessible only to the NABDH members responsible for processing it and to the technical providers that host the website and deliver emails, for that purpose alone. It is neither sold nor transferred to others.

NABDH members responsible for your request may access it from a country outside the European Union, in particular Algeria, where this is necessary to respond to it.

## Cookies and statistics

The website places a single cookie on visitors’ devices, “nabdh_mesure”, which remembers your choice about audience measurement for 6 months. Only the administration area, reserved for the NABDH team, uses a session cookie needed to sign in.

To measure its audience, the website itself counts, without any third-party tool, the pages viewed, the documents and logos opened or downloaded and the external links followed. It records the page viewed, the page or website you came from (the website’s name only, not the full address), any campaign tags in the address, the type of device and the country, inferred from the IP address at the time of the visit or, failing that, from the device’s time zone. The IP address is not kept, and no tracking cookies or identifiers are used: these statistics can neither recognise you nor link your visits together. They are kept for 13 months.

You can refuse this measurement at any time, in the banner shown during your visit or below. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, nothing is counted either.

To protect the forms and these statistics against abuse, a pseudonymised fingerprint of the IP address is kept in memory for no more than one hour. Server technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period required by law.

Links to social networks open third-party websites, which apply their own rules.

## Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [contact@nabdh-dz.org](mailto:contact@nabdh-dz.org) or to the association’s registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority ([CNIL](https://www.cnil.fr)).

You can unsubscribe from the bulletin at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by simple email.

## Changes

This policy may be amended; the version published on the website is authoritative. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
